Turkish Development Minister to Visit Tehran

Cevdet Yilmaz, the Turkish Minister for Development and Presidential Special Envoy in Iranian Affairs shall arrive in Tehran this Saturday, on official invitation by Iranian Minister for Communications and Information Technologies, acting as a preliminary delegation coordinating the imminent visit of the Turkish President.

According to the Ministry’s Information and Public Relations Department, topics and agendas of mutual interest will be addressed during this visit, entailing discussions of economic, social, and cultural development cooperation by both parties.

Addressing existing deterrents in development of mutual relations and providing solutions to issues in transportation, commerce and customs, investments, energy, finance, environment, standard and culture, are on the agenda of these meetings.

The parties also have to negotiate the finalization of the cooperation agreements to be signed during Erdogan’s upcoming visit to Tehran.
