According to the Public Relation Center of the ICT Ministry, concurrently with the visit of the Minister of Communication and Information Technology as the Iranian co-chairman of the Iran-Turkey Joint Economic Commission, an M.O.U was signed in relation to the 25th session of the Joint Economic Commission of the two countries by Dr. Vaezi, Presidential Special Representative in Turkish Affairs, and the Iranian co-chairman of the Joint Commission, and Cevdet Yilmaz, the Turkish Minister of Development and representative of Ankara government in Iranian Affairs, and Turkish co-chairman of the Joint Commission.
This M.O.U was signed at the conclusion of two days of extensive negotiations between various Iranian and Turkish parties, first in Ankara and continued in Konya.
The other document involves banking cooperation which is going to be a new chapter of banking collaboration between Iran and Turkey in the post sanctions era, also signed by Dr. Vaezi and Cevdet Yilmaz.
The third document covers an agreement between the Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture, with the Turkish chambers of commerce and trade goods exchanges.
