PR of the Ministry of ICT – Saber Feizi, CEO of TCI, said: “Because the staff works as the share holders, so many suggestions have posed by them to raise productivity and efficiency”.
By expressing that TCI will be more dynamic he added: “Productivity will be enhanced in current year also by managing extra cost by the staff”.
Saber Feizi talked about the situation of TCI’s staff and restated: “The level of employment must be preserved in Telecommunication Co. according to principle 44 of constitutional law and contract signed between the main share holder and Privatization Organization”.
Therefore not only the situation of the staff will not change but the existent forces have priority to gain required training to cover the company’s goals in future as he continued.
CEO of TCI explained that “employment and payment regulations” will be codified till 22nd of July and said: “We believe that the staff will get the clients’ agreement more than before in the future, so the services will be offered more facile and better to the subscriber.
