Dr. Mohammad Karam Pour, the minister deputy and the head of Radio Communications and Rules Regulatory Organization with saying this point to ICT ministry’s Public Relation, stated that: according to the duties and authorities of the ICT Ministry, this ministry is responsible for policy making, capital planning, conducting and supervising Post networks, Post Bank, telecommunication and Information Technology.
He added: accordingly, performing these assigned duties and also issuing the license to establish and exploit the units which provide post, telecommunication and Information Technology services in the whole country with considering the 44th principle of Constitutional Act are such the duties and authorities which the ministry is responsible for and based on the CRA organization statute and commission enactments framework, this job has left to the Regulatory Organization.
He asserted that: for this, Regulatory has an especial regard to Post affairs such as Post First Operator and the active companies in the different sections, like international post companies.
The deputy of ICT minster declared that compiling the principles of issuing the license for Post 1st operator in Regulatory and ratifying it in Rules Regulatory Commission and giving this license to the relevant companies are such developments made in this matter.
Based on this, Radio Communications and Rules Regulatory Organization have put the matters of studying the market and reforming all of postal services providers in its own agenda, in order to generate a challenging market based on fair circumstances and without any discrimination and also providing the circumstances for entering non-governmental section to Postal services zone”, he continued.
The head of CRA Organization with pointing to the major principles considered by this organization officials based on challenge, transparency, fairness and justice said that: certainly this kind of activities causes improvement in giving new postal services in the market with challenging costs.
