Mr. Hassan Rezvani, the deputy of Radio Communications and Regulatory Organization after mentioning this matter during an interview with public relations of ICT ministry said: the complaints are from all active operators in communications and information technology field.
He also said that 140 complaints out of the total 469 have been made against “Hamrah-e-Avval” (the first operator) and 60 of them were about active IT operators. The Deputy of Radio Communications and Regulatory Organization asserted that during this time period we have also received 269 complaints about the services provided by the Second Operator.
He also said that from the total complaints about the services quality, 56 cases have been taken care of and the necessary replies presented to complainants.
Mr. Rezvani said: most of the requests presented to the organization are for mobile phones and First Operator coverage area increasing and as statistics show, more than 34 requests delivered to organization during the first 5 months of the current year.
The most of people complaints from the second operator (Irancell) are investigating Calls Inconveniences made by Irancell SIM card users.
Deputy of of Radio Communications and Regulatory Organization emphasized that 49 requests were sent by parliament members to the organization which were investigated and they got the necessary replies. He believes that operators are responsible to find the ways to answer people and asserted: the first phase in complaining about the services, is giving their complaints to the operators. In the case of No Answer from the operators, they can present their complaints to CRA organization for investigating in the shortest time.
