Public Relations of ICT Ministry: Dr. Reza Taghipour in the signing agreement ceremony between ICT Ministry and National Organization for Civil Registration with saying this to the Ministry Public Relation Department declared that with implementing this project, people reliance that is one of the key substructures for developing electronic government will be operated. He with pointing at Iran 20-year outlook plan added that according to this plan, providing necessary conditions for people access to electronic services anytime and anywhere is obligatory and signing this agreement is an important pace toward this goal. The minister of Information Technology and Communications named the National Intelligent Card Project as one of 5th Development Plan in ICT and asserted that the matter of Identification in virtual environment is one of stresses and goals for the developed countries because in this environment, physical access to the users is impossible and providing the necessary conditions got possible with plans such as National Intelligent Card. Causing people to Confide in virtual environment is the main key for developing electronic services and available applications, he asserted. Dr. Reza Taghipour mentioned that the National Intelligent Card is one of the most important data substructures in virtual environment and emphasized: implementing such projects is a way to decrease the foreigners influence and monitoring and has many profits for our country. At the end of this ceremony, the cooperating agreement has been signed between the two sides.
